We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our guinea pig, Gwen, down, and I just wanted to thank everyone here for the kindness and compassion you showed us. Even though something like that is never easy, your staff made the process as peaceful and comforting as possible. You treated Gwen with so much care, and that meant more to us than you probably realize. A special thank you as well for the card you mailed afterward that was signed by all the staff. That meant so much to my girlfriend and truly showed how much compassion your team has for both pets and their owners. Thank you again for helping us through one of the hardest days we’ve had as pet owners. We’ll always appreciate the care you gave Gwen. I highly recommend anyone that needs emergency pet care to come here.

I would just like to say that veterinary emergency hospital really really helped us we were too lost parents worrying about our son . upon arriving there they made us feel very comfortable made us feel at home. they took our son and told us to go home he's in good hands the next day we received a phone call. they said your son is doing fine and you can come get him.we dropped everything and drove there like there was a million dollars waiting for us there.I just want to thank the staff the doctors.I love you guys you guys really really did a great job I thank you I thank God I thank God first then I thank you and if anybody ever need any help my suggestion is to go there thank you very much.

We bought our Kira girl in scared to death around 3am. Between the techs and the veterinary they went above and beyond to make sure Kira got the best care. They had no issue with sitting with me and my partner with any questions we had. The veterinarian was very understanding didn’t feel rushed at all. When it came down to payment, they were very detail on what we’re being charged for and stuff they did ended up refund us some just cause she didn’t stay the full time and not needed everything before. If it wasn’t for there team I don’t think she would be here. So thank you so much for taking care of our baby.

This is the best emergency vet in the area. hands-down. You will not find a more knowledgeable or loving staff. They care, they are empathetic, and they want what's best for you and your dog. Our sweet puppy of three days got Parvo and choosing this hospital was the best thing I could've done. Thank you to every single human in that building. MVP shoutout to Brittany and Jess!!!!

I've (unfortunately) had to take my cat here twice now, I say unfortunately because no one wants to have to visit a vet emergency. They have been incredible both times, very quick to assess my cat, which I'm thankfully for since both times were due to breathing issues. They explained everything that was going on very thoroughly, explained what treatments she needed and recommended, and were very transparent with the price of things. Im so grateful for them being open on weekends and open 24 hours, because you never know when an emergency will happen and its nice to have somewhere that is available so close to me. I will always keep this vet in the back of my head whenever another emergency happens and I'll make sure to recommend them to everyone I know!
