We had such a wonderful experience at Petfolk with Dr. Cannon and the entire staff! Dr. Cannon was incredibly thorough when discussing all of the needs for our medical rescue puppy, Matcha. She was transparent, knowledgeable, and so empathetic to all of our concerns regarding her heart problems and luxating patellas. We truly felt heard throughout the entire visit. Her bubbly personality instantly made us feel comfortable — it honestly felt more like talking with a friend than being at a vet appointment. We also really appreciated the transparency with pricing and costs upfront so there were no surprises. The clinic itself is modern, updated, clean, and aesthetically beautiful. On top of that, the rest of the staff was so friendly and loving toward Matcha, giving her plenty of treats and extra snuggles. We’re so happy we found Petfolk and highly recommend them!

Dr. Cannon and the staff at Pet Folk Noblesville are truly exceptional! From the moment you walk through the door, they create such a welcoming and compassionate environment for both the fur babies and their owners. Scheduling appointments has been incredibly easy, and their level of care is unmatched. When my dog prematurely removed his stitches just days after his procedure, I texted the Pet Folk support number in a panic. They got us in right away, quickly taking care of him, and got him back on the road to recovery. Their responsiveness and genuine concern meant the world to this worried dog mom. Every visit, Dr. Cannon takes the time to educate me, thoroughly answer every question, and ensure I fully understand my options. I never feel pressured by the staff, instead I feel informed, supported, and confident that my decisions for my dog’s care are respected. Pricing is very upfront, transparent, and competitive with other local vet offices! Vet visit and tech visit were very caring and shared a lot of information about my dogs condition, they took time to test her for her illness,. Cost of medication seemed high. Overall very good visit,

I highly recommend Dr. Cannon and the staff at Petfolk in Noblesville. Over the weekend my mother’s 14 year old standard poodle, Finn, rapidly took a turn for the worse with his previously diagnosed cancer and it was time to help him pass humanely and with dignity. My mother was distraught and also unable to reach her regular vet to assist with helping Finn pass since it was Saturday. I reached out to PetFolk and explained our situation and they were able to get us an appointment within two hours. Dr. Cannon and the rest of the staff at PetFolk were able to help us lay Finn to rest with the utmost care, empathy, and dignity. They ensured Finn remained comfortable and calm, and gave my mother all the time she needed with Finn before the time came to end his pain. They had treats on hand, and also gave us little jars for clippings of his fur. They explained every step to my Mom and made sure she was able to give Finn a proper good-bye. I have unfortunately had to help an elderly pet cross in my life prior to this weekend, and our experience at PetFolk was the most caring and compassionate euthanasia visit I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Cannon and everyone on her team at PetFolk. They were exactly who we needed at this heartbreaking time. Thank you, PetFolk.

We took our cat here for a routine check up and vaccinations. They were very professional and handled the cat with a lot of care. Did not pressure us to get additional care. As first time customers they gave us a discount.
