yesterday I had my first consultation at Hialeah animal clinic with my baby Zeus and kora , and I just want to put out the fact that the service was AMAZINGGG and the clinic services in Generallll… got some coffee in aswell lol 😂😂😂😂 also the resceptionists Natalia and Maria are lovely very kind and showed so much love to my babys Their so respectful and have so much manners. In GENERAL all the doctors and technicians at Hialeah animal clinic helped me so much my baby’s doing really good hes healthy and felt so safe with them and I loved every bit of it

I am very disappointed with my experience at Hialeah Animal Clinic. I brought my dog in for X-rays and blood work and was charged over $1,429.21. Unfortunately, the X-ray results were incorrect. The report I received did not identify my dog’s worn-out hip joint, even though another veterinarian later performed an X-ray and immediately found the issue. The problem was clearly visible and difficult to miss. My biggest concern is that my dog’s condition was not properly diagnosed during the initial visit, which delayed getting the appropriate treatment. When I contacted the clinic to express my concerns and explain what happened, I was told that they use a third-party service to interpret the X-rays and that they could not provide a refund. I was also told someone would call me back, but I never received a follow-up call. While the blood work may have been fine, I found the overall cost to be extremely expensive, especially considering the inaccurate X-ray interpretation and lack of resolution afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic for X-rays or ultrasounds and would encourage pet owners to seek a second opinion if something doesn’t seem right. I hope the clinic improves its quality control, communication, and accountability so other pet owners do not have a similar experience.
