I would do no stars if I could We brought our brand new baby kitten in for preventative care and I told them she was scratching her ears and they checked for fleas which she did not have. They also dewormed her with one treatment in office. The second visit the vet seemed nervous about giving her vaccinations and made comments about it being a small target and took a while to admister the injection. They wanted to charge me close to $600 to spay her which is extremely overpriced. I took her to operation snip to be spayed and they did a whole check up on her and my kitten had an ear infection that court clinic missed. Once she received the ear drops she no longer was scratching. My kitten started bleeding from her butt and I took her to emergency vet today and they told me that deworming is 2 doses not 1. So my kitten has parasites which could have been prevented. Our baby is only 6 months old and was not given proper treatment which also made us incur unnecessary costs. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! Please go anywhere else

After having poor experiences with the last 2 veterinarians I saw after my previous vet retired, I was relieved to find excellent care for my critically ill cat at Court Street Animal Hospital these last 2 months. We saw Dr. Brooke Oliver who made an accurate diagnosis of a difficult problem without recommending unneeded tests, provided medications to help keep my poor Mike Tyson as comfortable as possible, fit us in several times with minimal notice, and didn't get offended when my human emergency doctor brain requested a test she knew Tyson didn't need. The prices for their services and medications are very reasonable and I'm confident that Court Street and Dr. Oliver are our best choice in veterinary care when we get another cat and/or dog.

Have been taking my cat, Chloe, to these vets for a couple of years. Saw Dr Oliver yesterday. Unfortunately she had to put Chloe down as she was quite old and sick. Dr Oliver and her assistant could not have been any more compassionate to myself and Chloe. Everything was explained to me. I was not rushed in our parting. Even the receptionist was most considerate in rooming us right away and getting me in the same day. I could not have found a more compassionate, caring and professional veterinary clinic to go to. They respected her and her passing as I would hope somebody would respect a human being when they passed. Thank you Dr Oliver, your assistant, and the rest of the staff who was so kind to me. Our Italian Greyhound developed a huge mass on her belly. They were awesome with her. Treated her like a princess and did such a good job in surgery that she barely needed her pain meds. They're the best around, and the only vet that we'll go to.
