⸻ I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Dr. Heather and Jason for being absolutely wonderful during my visit with my German Shepherd. They were so patient and kind, really listening to all of my concerns about her anxiety with bathing and nail trims. They let me talk through her stories, comfort her, and made me feel completely heard and supported. Their compassion and understanding made such a difference, and I am so grateful for the amazing care they gave us.

The Brooksville location was great! They were able to get my cat in and heard my needs. The staff was very helpful and understanding of mine and my pet's needs. The price was good, not outrageous like a lot of places.

We can’t thank Dr Heather Brown enough as well as the rest of the staff at Vetco. We brought in our rescue foster who ended up testing positive for parvo and there’s not a doubt in my mind they played such a huge role in saving our new pup Winnie. Heather was so compassionate and helped us through the steps to get her the further care that she needed to live. Thankful can’t begin to describe how we feel.

I am beyond thankful for the team at Vetco Total Care. My rescue pup, Jasmine, came to me in very poor condition and urgently needed help. Despite a challenging Saturday schedule, the Vetco team made time to ensure Jasmine could be seen right away. From the moment we walked in, everyone treated Jasmine with such kindness and patience. She looked beat up and was clearly scared, but they loved on her and made her feel safe. The vet explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. I want to specifically call out Adrianna, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure Jasmine was comfortable and that I understood every step of her care. Also, Jodie, who was amazing. She kept checking on Jasmine during the visit and even followed up afterward to see how she was doing. And last but not least, Dr. B who explained all results and available options. These kind of decisions can be tough but his explanation helped me feel confident in the next steps to take. That level of compassion and care is rare, and it meant so much to me. Because of this team, Jasmine is finally on the path to healing. They quite literally saved her life, and I’ll always be grateful. If you’re looking for a vet team that genuinely cares about animals and their people, I can’t recommend Vetco Total Care of Spring Hill enough.

Every time I come to Pet Co, everybody is just so nice very informative always helps me out. I’m an older woman that is not computer savvy and they always help me out. I love coming here. I also get my dog room here. I just love this place. It’s amazing.
