I have used Dr. McDonald as my veterinarian for years, and have been waiting for her to open her new vet hospital. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the new hospital is beautiful. They are excellent at getting you and your pet seen at your appointment time, and not sitting around in the waiting room. She’s already done a dental surgery on my dog and the procedure went perfect. Thanks for taking care of my pups!

Dr McDonald is amazing! She takes the time to get to know you and your animal. She is very invested in the well-being of her patients. The staff is friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Partners Animal Hospital if you want the best care for your fur babies!

I brought my dog, Duck, in for his very first vet appointment at 7 years old, and I was so nervous because I had no idea how he would react. Everyone at Partners Animal Hospital went out of their way to make it such a positive experience for both of us. Now, somehow, going to the vet is like a treat for him, which is saying a lot because he’s pretty much scared of everything else! The kindness, patience, and care from Dr. McDonald and the entire team made all the difference. They also took wonderful care of Duck during his surgery, and his recovery has been going so well. I truly can’t thank everyone enough for taking such incredible care of my boy. I highly recommend Partners Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team that genuinely cares.

We were very pleased with our first visit to Partners Animal Hospital. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. This is the change we were looking for when we decided to switch where we take our dog for veterinary care. The support staff and doctor spent plenty of time answering all of our questions and were very sweet and caring with our typically very nervous dog. We actually saw a change in the degree of nervousness that our dog usually has when going to the vet and it was much lower in this calm and caring environment. We would highly recommend Dr. McDonald and her excellent staff.

I took my baby, Kratos, to his very first visit at the new hospital in Lakewood Ranch for hours annual exams. I have been seeing Dr. MacDonald for a few years now since his previous vet passed away. I can't tell you how much I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this vet!!! I am so thrilled she opened up her own practice, and there was NO WAY I wouldn't make the drive from Plant City to Lakewood Ranch to see her! Or nurse today was Rochelle, and she was extremely sweet, thorough, and really cares about what she does and the animals she is involved with. Along with the team was an old friend who has also cared for, Kratos - Jennifer! She is the manager of the new office and it was SO GREAT to see her and catch up!! We got to talk about Kratos' journey with his previous eye ulcer, and how she still had pictures of him on her phone!! When I tell you these people care, THESE PEOPLE CARE!!! Thank you so much for our visit today and for caring for Kratos like is belongs to you. It means the world to us. ❣️
