I have two large dogs & first tried Bond Vet out. My experience there just ok, so I was super excited when Parker & Ace opened. I first took my male in because he was suffering from allergies really badly. Everyone there was amazing & the Vet gave me some great options. He was also open about costs for the options to treat allergies. Next I took my female in & once again they were great! I saw the other Vet & she was just as good. I highly recommend this place & hope you’ll love it too.

I truly can’t put in to words how much I love this vet. All the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient and they pay special attention to each animal they see. As a dog mom to a reactive pup, I couldn’t thank them enough for always ensuring the lobby was clear when he arrived or allowing me to wait in the exam room if another dog was exiting. The doctors are phenomenal! They thoroughly answer every question and allow you to see your bill breakdown before administering treatment. When my dog was sick, I was able to schedule a same day appointment with ease. The organization is superb and the decor is simple yet gorgeous. My dog is usually very anxious at the vet but by the second visit he was noticeably more calm. It was almost like taking a trip to a family member’s house! I also highly recommend their membership if you visit the vet 2+ times a year. They’ve saved me over $200 in exam fees and when you’re paying a $500+ bill, you’ll take anything you can get! If you are looking for a vet, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. These people treat you like family and your fur baby will be in GREAT hands.

We are new raving fans of Parker & Ace!! We’ve been in DC only a few weeks so needed to find a new vet. We also had something come up and needed a quick appointment and they got us in the next day. The doctors and assistants were so overly kind and patient, and took time to sit on the floor and get to know our dog. They told us the price of everything before they charged us and did it, and it is definitely affordable or on par for the area. Their membership is great as we tend to spend so much time in the vet each year. We’re so glad to have found this team!

I've been with Parker and Ace for about 2.5 years now and they will be getting my business even if I move out of the neighborhood. Initially I chose them because of the convenience to me, but stayed because of the service and excellence in care. I've had two urgent matters come up with my cat and both times the vet came in early on a Saturday morning to see her and ease my concerns without going to an emergency vet and spending hundreds of dollars there just to be seen. I appreciate the subscription model honestly because I do lean a bit neurotic with my cats and it's nice knowing I can see them for any minor issue without major additional costs. The receptionists are super efficient and kind. The vet staff is beyond incredible. I really truly love this place. For the price and quality of care, Parker & Ace 100% exceeds expectations in service and is a true gem in the neighborhood.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Parker & Ace's new veterinary practice on H Street NE, and it was an incredible experience! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with an inviting and warm atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. My dog Belle was thrilled with the variety of treats available and the doggy TV, which kept her entertained throughout the visit. Dr. Chung was the icing on the cake, with his pleasant demeanor and caring approach. He went above and beyond to make sure that Belle was comfortable and provided us with valuable insights to help us better care for our furry friend. We left feeling confident that we had received top-notch care, and we are already planning our next visit. Overall, I cannot recommend Parker & Ace's enough. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing the best possible care for pets is truly unmatched. We will definitely be back, and we encourage anyone looking for a reliable and friendly vet to give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
