Dr Hines and his staff are truly great. They took such amazing care of my Hapi when he came in for his dental cleaning and dew claw removal. They have taken care of 3 animals for me now and I will be scheduling my other 3 for their dental cleanings very soon. They truly care about to comfort and care of each animal and their priced truly are affordable.

Everyone at Hines Veterinary Group is amazing, from Dr. Hines himself to Melanie at the front desk. They are thorough, caring, and responsive. The office is clean and welcoming. After our dog was neutered, Melanie took extra time to review everything and patiently answered all of our questions. When we had questions a week later, they were easy to get in touch with as well. Highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Dr. Hines and his technician Melanie are amazing! They took great care of my husky who isn't the biggest fan of the vet. They did a wonderful job on my dog's dental surgery and teeth cleaning at a very reasonable price!

I'D ADD ANOTHER STAR IF I COULD. I HAD ONE OF THE BEST VETERINARY EXPERIENCES START TO FINISH, FRONT DESK TO DOCTOR, TO SUPPORT STAFF, IN ALL MY YEARS OF OWNING DOGS. NOT ONLY DID I SEE AND HEAR ABOUT THE HANDS ON CARE MY DOG GOT BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER SURGERY, MELANIE SPENT 20 MINUTES GOING THROUGH POST OP CARE INSTRUCTIONS IN DETAIL. EXCELLENT CARE AND FACILITIES, TOO. I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO MEET DR. HINES WHEN I CAME IN TO PICK UP MY DOG AT THE END OF THE DAY. NOT ONLY A GREAT SURGEON, AS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY NOW-RETIRED VETERINARIAN FRIEND, BUT A WONDERFUL PERSON, WHO BY MY FRIEND'S WORDS "WENT INTO VETERINARIAN MEDICINE FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS." I KNOW DR. HINES IS COMMITTED TO FOCUSING HIS PRACTICE ON AFFORDABLE SURGICAL CARE, AND FOR THAT I APPRECIATE HIS COMMITMENT, BUT I'D BE THE FIRST IN LINE AT HIS PRACTICE IF HE EXPANDED SERVICES. Can’t say enough nice things about this establishment. The staff were so accommodating and truly cared about my experience and my animal. If you’re looking for affordable vet care, look no further. Everything is fully transparent and designed in your pet’s best interest. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
