I would like to thank Dr. Thurman and her amazing team for everything they’ve done for our little dog, Delilah. Delilah has been struggling with arthritis for over a year. This past winter, she would scream in pain every time she stood up, sat down, or even tried to walk. It got to the point where my wife and I thought we would have to have the difficult quality-of-life conversation. Dr. Thurman recommended a treatment plan that included a monthly injection, a cognitive prescription diet, and laser therapy twice a week. The difference has been incredible. Delilah has her spark back! She’s able to go on walks, move around the house comfortably, and no longer cries out in pain. We’re so grateful for the compassionate care and expertise that gave our little girl a second chance at enjoying life. We hope this treatment gives us a few more wonderful years with her. We 100% recommend GoodVets to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about their patients.

We took our tiny Yorkie in for her semi-annual physical. Dr. Legend Thurman, surrounded by an expert team, was as caring as she was professional. I couldn’t think of a better group to take care of my little one.

I took my dog in because she had a broken nail that was causing her some pain. We booked a nail clipping appointment, hoping it would be a simple fix. From the start, the nurse seemed quite nervous, and the way she explained the situation and the broken nail didn’t really fill us with confidence. Because of that, we decided to let her clip the other nails but asked her not to touch the broken one. Unfortunately, during the nail trim she ended up cutting one of my dog’s nails, causing it to bleed. At that point, we were glad we hadn’t gone ahead with having her deal with the broken nail as well. What really surprised me was the bill. On top of the nail clipping charge, we were also charged for a “nurse consultation”. In the end, I paid around $70 for a nail trim that wasn’t fully completed, a bleeding nail, and a broken nail that was still causing my dog pain when we left. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I understand that accidents can happen, but the combination of the lack of confidence, the incomplete treatment, and the unexpected charges made this a frustrating experience.
