Noah's Stop 11 Animal Hospital

I have been going to Noah’s Stop 11 animal hospital for the past 2-3 years. They have been nothing short of amazing! All the staff are so nice and caring. I love Dr. Natalie Brejcha and vet tech Izzy! They are the kindest people and treat my cats like they are their own! They always make my cats feel super comfortable and special. They always are very through and answer any questions I have. I have a senior cat who comes for monthly arthritis shots and the staff take such good care of her! Highly recommend!

My Goldendoodle was diagnosed with cancer last year and drastically declined. I brought him in to the ER to be euthanized to end his suffering. During his last hours he could not stand, walk, eat or drink. I pulled in the parking lot and was told they are short staffed, with no available rooms and 1 doctor. I emphasized that my doodle was actively dying right in front of my eyes and I wanted to end his suffering and she said she didn’t believe he was going to die soon and that his breathing was just because he’s old and uncomfortable. We laid together in his dog bed in the back of my jeep in the ER parking lot for approximately 2 hours as I watched him die. By the time they got him inside they said his breathing was agonal breathing and he had no heartbeat. I wish he didn’t suffer. I wanted to hold him and watch him go peacefully. It breaks my heart because I’m not sure if he took his last breath with me or when they finally took him back and we were separated. I wanted to be with him and I wanted him to know I was there until the very end. When I was saying goodbye to him in the back after he passed the young, blonde ER doctor didn’t even look me in my eyes or give condolences. She acted like we were invisible. I will say the techs were very kind and compassionate of my grieving but the entire experience was heartbreaking and the ER doctor’s demeanor was disheartening . RIP Eeyore. You were very loved.

I came to Noah’s after being turned away from another urgent care. I brought in a stray with an injured arm and eye and Noah’s did everything possible to not only help the cat but also assist me in giving me options financially. I’m so thankful to the kind staff and vet there. They went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you thank you! 😊 Smoke is a happy healthy boy again.

AVOID NOAH’S***only want the $$$ no compassion for suffering dog! My daughter called Noah’s ER Vet this Sunday morning asking about their euthanasia cost. Her fur baby had been diagnosed with connective tissue carcinoma a couple months back. Her tumor was growing rapidly and were told that when she stopped eating, the time had come to end her misery. So this morning she was panting, wouldn’t eat, even a human food treat, so we knew this was the time. She was told by whomever answered the phone that the cost was $99 and since she had a cancer diagnosis, she wouldn’t need any further examination. We showed up, after loading her dog into the car. She can barely stand up, let alone lift herself into the car. After sitting in the room with this poor dog panting and anxious as can be, they come in stating the Dr isn’t comfortable doing the euthanasia without an exam and “work up”. I’m sorry, but this sounds like nothing but greed over compassion for a suffering animal. She was willing to pay the $145 exam fee to avoid stressing this poor dog out any more than she already was with more unnecessary tests! They refused saying he likes to explore surgery options first!! I was absolutely appalled and am getting my BP up all over again as I write this! The lump stuck out 6 inches from her rear leg muscle! Long story short, I find Noah’s to be a money hungry vet that I would never take any animal I owned to their clinic! The cowardly Dr wouldn’t even come to the room to see her dog…just sent in another nurse to tell us they wouldn’t do it without a work up and likely hundreds of dollars of tests! Thai was a time of great sadness and there was absolutely no reason for them to bring on added stress to our family for the sake of the almighty dollar! Thankfully, Indy Vet Emergency Services allowed us to end her fur baby’s suffering and were very caring and compassionate. Wish we had driven the extra 10 minutes initially and avoided the stressful stop at Noah’s! And please don’t respond with your sincere apologies, Noah’s. It will fall on deaf ears. You showed your true colors today and that was all I needed to see!

Oct. 25, 2024 I had to bring my dog Axle in to be put down becuse my regular vet was booked and could not sneek us in. The people where so helpful and sympathetic the entire time. Even gave me time to grieve with him once he had passed (I always sit with my furbabies as they go, so they are not alone and with thier person.) I did not expect the beautiful keep sake they also gave me before I left. Nose prints, foot prints, a little jar of his fur and sympathy card. I ment to post this after it happened but it was just so hard for me. And now his older brother is not doing good and I am afraid I may have to put him down by this Monday as well. 😭 Thank you so much for all that you all do. For our fur babies and us as we deal with the hard time of loss. ❤️
