We took our sweet boy to get a good examination of his eyes. The staff was great! The doctor went over everything in detail. They told us to bring a book in case we had a long wait, but we were seen just a few minutes after our appointment time. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Our 7-year-old dog was BLIND due to complications from his diabetes. Dr. Storey successfully performed the cataract surgery, and now our little dog is back playing and chasing his ball. He can see us in the eyes and no longer needs to hold food up to his nose to know it's there and be able to eat. The surgery was 7 days ago, and we now have the same happy, dynamic dog we had years ago. Dr. Storey is an extraordinary professional. My family will always be grateful for bringing joy back to our dog, Buddy.

I cannot thank the staff at Animal Eye Clinic of Pensacola enough for helping my 18 year old Chihuahua. The staff here is fantastic and is always there by text or phone when you need them.

Dr. Storey arrived an hour late to his clinic. His staff were all locked out of the facility until he arrived and we were forced to wait outside with six other dogs and owners. When we called the number on the front door, his staff member in Pensacola snapped at us and told us we were the fourth person to call and they know he is late. The entire clinic was chaos upon entering. There were no chairs for us to sit in and the dogs were stressed with all the high anxiety in this clinic. Dr. Storey was rude to his staff and barking out orders. He even made one of the vet techs cry. If we hadn’t traveled two hours to see him, we would have left. AWFUL EXPERIENCE & DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is the only animal eye specialist I think in the whole state of Florida or we would not be going here. I hear they are great specialists but they have little concern for your time or the stress they cause your animals. By this I mean you may wait at least 2-3 three hours to be seen and then wait in a room for another hour. Our initial appointment we were there for over 4 hours just to get his eyes checked. I've been there about 3 times and each time I've seen people get up and say they could not wait any longer. I can take a book to read, but I'm sure other people may have to get back to work or other things they need to do. And it is very stressful for your animal sitting in a crowded room with other animals even if your animal is well behaved. And then if your pet needs surgery they cannot tell you when it will start, or when they will be done. They do tell you you can book a room to stay overnight. The one eye doctor we saw, a young lady was very abrupt, said that's just the way it is and if she could clone her self she would because they are so busy. She acted very cold, like: take it or leave it. We want what's best for our baby and will take him back only because we want his eye surgery done. I will let them know I do not want the young lady eye specialist I prefer the gentleman we initially saw. But if you do go, plan to be treated like you're in an assembly line and you can either take their services or leave. I understand emergencies come up, but I believe a lot of this is due to over scheduling.
