Indian River Animal Clinic

My family has used this clinic for over 20 years. My cat alone has been coming here for 15. She is a favorite and they always remember her. She certainly remembers them too, but I’m grateful they get to be the bad guy instead of me! The care here is top notch. They aren’t cheap, but they aren’t unreasonably priced. You get what you pay for, and at Indian River Animal Clinic you are family. The availability on Saturdays is more than enough for me to stay. They have all of the newest medications and prescription food options. They work with me getting my cat’s prescription transferred to a pharmacy (medicine shoppe is awesome at compounding pet scripts) Very clean, kind, organized, and accommodating. I’ve never had a bad experience. Willing to work with your budget and recommend necessities vs optional extras for preventative care. Super thorough. With Love, Daffodil’s Mom ❤️

Everyone is kind and attentive to your fur babies needs. I am so happy I found this family of animal health workers! We visit 2 locations Indian River Animal Clinic and Bevile Animal Clinic. Your not just the next client they take time to hear your concerns and their follow-up is the first for me after an appointment the next day there is a follow-up call to see how your fur baby is doing. 🐶❤️‍🩹

My sweet Honey….the staff was so accommodating to the situation which ultimately led to her being to sleep. The doctor came outside to the truck where Honey was comfortable under the trees and with the birds…..she crossed the rainbow bridge in a place she felt at peace. She loved the outdoors. My heart is so broken but the compassion these guys showed to her and my family on the worst day of our lives was unmatched. Thank you for everything.

Ended up rescuing two feral kittos recently. They were SPICY! Lord Jesus if you could make money off of cat scratches I'd me a millionaire. I brought them back to back on separate days to these fine folks. Getting them into the carriers was something out of Saving Private Ryan (I know, my names Ryan). There was litter, sand explosions, it was rough. But as soon as I got them to the vet, it was walking on sunshine. I warned them, these guys are rough. I asked how they did when they brought them back and the staff looked at me like I was crazy. "They both did fantastic and apart from the worms seem very healthy". Again, feral cats remember. But that's just how good the fantastic staff are at this vet. They've seen it all and know how to deal with it. Communication was fantastic. They were dealing with a very serious situation my first trip in, it seemed private so I won't expand, and not a single person seemed nervous or seemed as if they weren't ready to take care of whatever happened next. They double covered any issues that may have come from the issue. This Vet is where I will be bringing all of my fuzzy amonols from here on out and I couldn't be happier they are so close by. If anyone is in the Edgewater/ New symerna Beach location looking for someone trust worthy, SUPER Super reasonably priced, honest, and loving. This is the vet for you.

Our 6 month old kitten, Maddox, came down with some unusual symptoms and we didn’t know what to do. What started out as a very stressful situation, turned into the best possible experience. We weren’t established with the clinic previously and they still were able to see him with minimal wait time. The staff was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Not only that - but they are honest. Each time something additional was needed, the tech came out to ask first along with the cost. When it was time to pay for the visit, there were no surprises. I would 10/10 recommend this vet clinic!
