My very wise friend, Tom, recommended this establishment last week when my poor boy had half of his teeth pulled by another place. Dr. Aceves should not have had to be the one to check on him, but she more than gladly did it anyway and I am SO glad she did! Veronica handled the situation with the care and urgency Ben deserved this whole time. Rileigh took such sweet and gentle care of my boy throughout our first visit. He is now on the appropriate allergy medication he needs as well as having his heart murmur supervised monthly. They are now a part of our family since they so quickly made us a part of theirs. Here is a photo of Ben on the way there.. then on the way home. He may have lost his smile last week but he's smiling in bigger and better ways now. My Spark-a-Doo is sparky once again! 🙏 Now Pouncey is on the right track as well. He needs some work but this fur mama knows he's in the right hands as well. 🥲

Absolutely appreciate the staff here. My dog was hit by a car this past week and they took her in immediately. They made her feel welcomed and super comfortable which made me feel 10x better knowing she was in good hands. Look forward to them being her primary

We had an excellent experience here during a stressful emergency with our dog. This is not a corporate clinic and that is exactly why it works so well. Every person we encountered knew their role and worked together seamlessly. The veterinarian, vet techs, front desk, and back office all communicated clearly and helped us navigate urgent imaging, decision making, and next steps with compassion and transparency. The doctor carefully reviewed X ray images with us and explained realistic options. When surgery became a possibility, the team immediately shifted into problem solving mode and helped us find an appropriate and affordable path forward. We never felt rushed or pressured. We felt supported. This clinic operates as a true team and it shows. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking honest, capable veterinary care.

At the end of the day, i was very disappointed in them. Their staff was great with my baby. The vet, for whatever reason chose not to treat my Bucky’s skin infection bc she insisted it wasn’t one even when it got worse and worse and spread. 4 appts later , and another allergy pill and refusal to prescribe antibiotics and I took him to another vet who treated him for a fungal and bacterial infection immediately. Finally my baby’s skin is healing and I will not take him back here again. Not only did I have the expense of numerous visits and medication that didn’t help him, but after trying to talk to her, the vet hung up on me . I’ve had my baby 6 years and had previously dealt with skin infections and im his mom, she saw him exactly 4 times and refused to provide him the care he needed to get better .

Dr. Paulina, Trevor, Silva and Rileigh were very helpful on the day that our dog Laila passed away, this was a hard moment for us as dog owners and they were able to accept us at a late day appointment. I recommend this veterinary 100% due to the treatment and care to my dog, they earned our trust with this.
