Trupanion is Dandie's Best Friend!
Once again, Trupanion has helped my Papillon dog, Dandie now 13, manage his chronic health issues. The employees at Trupanion always make me feel, that my dog is as important as thier own pet! And that speaks volumes in getting great care, fast and paying claims quickly online with my specialty vet, as well as our other providers. I wish ALL veterinarians would DO direct billing to Trupanion, it literally saves lives, because it lessens the impact in deciding the best care I can provide my Papillon dog, Dandie! Intially the service was great my first…
Intially the service was great my first claim was settle in a matter of days and my second claim took a little longer because my Vet hadn't sent in records. However my last claim I am very disappointed I filed the claim on Oct. 5th and it was not resolved until Nov. 13th.

We, like many others, adopted a puppy during the pandemic. A friend recommended Healthy Paws and it was the best decision we ever made! It really takes the anxiety out of pet ownership, and means that we never have to make hard decisions due to finances. Our plan has saved us, and saved our pup, countless times.
