Fast response from Trupanion on paying the vet right away.
Fast response from Trupanion on paying the vet right away. No waiting around for the cheque to be paid in 2 or 3 weeks. Should have had this system of paying the vet a long time ago. Keep up the good work.

I don't understand the Positive reviews
I thought i was done with this insurance but since my boyfriend has it for his dog we still have to deal with this. I cancelled my policy 3 years ago because they claim to cover dental but my 5 year old dog at the time had a note in his file from when he was 1 years old that said "keep brushing". that was the entire line and they took that as him having some teeth issues. their customer service, at the time was horrible. I had one girl tell me she had to go because i was taking too long. I had another person yell at me. I ended up canceling but since my boyfriend purchased for his dog i have to continue to deal with them. they do not cover taxes or the exam. They covered 1 of her prescription diet and the best part is they re start your deductible every time your pet has a new illness so they whole 90% coverage is a sham. They're all smoke and mirrors and people think they're the best out there....they are not...please do your research. Just because they say they're #1 on their website doesn't mean they are. They find every loophole. Buyer beware.

The vehicle insurance self management…
The vehicle insurance self management through the sonnet site is empowering. The insurance premium fees are some what on the high price side. I would suggest that Sonnet would have more options for choosing the number of days a vehicle is in motion on the road for full coverage and when the vehicle is parked. My vehicle is not driven or moved every single day, so it would make sense to me that a premium reduction for month or year be applied. Jon M.

Crazy high change to premiums.
I have had healthy paws for many years and insured many dogs. Many things are not covered and if they could be, as of late, healthy paws finds a way to not cover any of the costs. Despite being a loyal customer, they significantly raised their monthly premiums. This was disappointing and not doable with what they cover (actually don't). I will be looking for a different company.
