Awful
Awful! Used companion, lemonade, pumpkin, anything but this company. They donβt speak English, they canβt interpret medical records versus claims, theyβre very slow to reimburse and they keep canceling things or closing accounts. I have seven dogs on their account and Iβm going to cancel my services with all of them and switched to a different company. Save yourself, and donβt use these people.
