We've never had insurance on our pets but with this puppy we decided to get accident/injury only insurance. It was quite reasonable, $270 a year. I could not justify $4,200 a year for Trupanion, despite their great reviews. Our main concern was future leg injuries or swallowing something he shouldn't have, which our other rottweilers have done. Then our guy bopped himself in the eye with a hose end and ended up with an ulcer on his eye and then entropion. I was anticipating they may consider the entropion congenital instead of being a result of the eye injury, figuring it's the job of the insurance adjustor to figure out how not to reimburse, but submitted a claim anyway. But, to our delight, they accepted the claim and all of his treatment, drugs, and surgery, and we were reimbursed before he even returned for this follow-up checkup at the vet.

I have had healthy paws since 2016 and they have given me a peace of mind. Their customer service is helpful, submitting claims is seamless and they process claims fairly quickly. My two dogs are able to get the best care because of healthy paws. Don’t think twice. You will never know when you have an emergency and will need to spend thousands. Thank you healthy paws!

Our 5-year-old English Springer Spinger Spaniel, Hunter, developed a cough and severe nasal discharge in August of 2023. Our Vet prescribed medication for the condition, but nothing helped. Our Vet recommended that we take Hunter to have a rhinoscopy. I took Hunter to Metropolitan Veterinary Associates in Norristown Pennsylvania. Everyone there was wonderful. It was a very expensive procedure, but my wife and I would have spent the money even if we didn't have pet insurance. The procedure went well, and we were given a diagnosis of chronic rhinitis. I submitted our claim to Healthy Paws, and they covered 80%. I had the payment in three days. We use Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for all three of our English Springer Spaniels. I have had excellent experiences with ManyPets! Their customer service is always outstanding and claims are settled in a very timely manner. I have 2 dogs covered by this company.

I had several dogs and always buy insurance. Pets Best is worst one. It;s takes them forever handle the claims and they reject without valid reason. No wonder so many people complaint to BBB. I purchased insurance for 3 Year dog on 9/26 and on October 3 she got ear infection. Claim was denied as preexisting condition. Another claims in 2024 also denied because of the same reason. I will report their practice to BBB

I wanted to leave a review because this is truly the best pet insurance company I have ever had. They not only are personable, but reliable and caring, you are not another number. If you are looking for an insurance that you can count on for timely, responses and caring individuals behind the scenes, this is it. I would recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends and family members over any other out there. My dog recently had TPLO surgery and I submitted the claim, within 24 hours I was surprised and grateful to see the automatic payment in my account. Not only that, but they followed up to see how my girl was doing after her surgery. Thank you to all the people at Healthy Paws you have been truly awesome!

I have submitted claims and they respond very quickly so far. If you call the person does their best to answer all your questions and resolve any issues you may have. I have been with them for a year and both pets are covered. I intend to extend my policy for another year.

I find Lemonade so easy to work with. You get reimbursed within 24 hours and it's great and so easy for as busy as I am. I absolutely recommend their coverage and appreciate their service.

Have not submitted a claim yet to Metlife Pet Insurance, I'm hoping that it's all that it is said to be or claims to be.
