Good afternoon, I am sorry I cannot give you a 5 Star rating at this point. I have purchased my home insurance, and paid the 2 month premium up front. Other than the money coming out of my bank account, I have had no further dealings. The proof will be in the pudding if and when I ever have to make a claim.

As humans we know how important a roll health insurance plays in our lives. As pets that are unable to voice their needs they rely on us as pet parents to make sure their health needs are just as important as ours. Thank you for making my insurance choice easy with policy transparency and not a lot of page after page and but this and but that. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This insurance company is bogus. My cat got sick about a month after my coverage started. I had to pay for everything out of pocket and then it took nearly TWO MONTHS to get a response back on the claim. They denied the claim because there wasn’t enough “proof” that my cat was not sick before this visit, even though I had him at the vet 5 months prior to the policy start date and he had a full work up done less than 1 year prior to the start date and was in perfect health. Unreal. They say they cover everything but you need to jump through too many hoops to qualify for the coverage. Even the vet clinic said they couldn’t believe what Fetch was asking me for. And every time I’ve spoken to customer service they have been unhelpful, cold, and downright rude. These people DO NOT care about you or your animal. Please, if you love your pet, trust me and DO NOT go with this insurance company.

Non-existant customer service. Impossible to reach anyone when you need help. Chat service doesnt work. Avoid this company, attractive prices but zero customer service if you ever need them.

Easy and friendly

Getting my policy was quick and easy! I did happen to get my policy during an unfortunate glitch in the system due to an update which left me unable to verify my email and ultimately access my account. Once I had got through to customer service they were very friendly and helpful. They sent me all of my info and slips by email immediately so I didn’t have to wait for the system repair and made sure I received it while on the phone. So far so good!
