Due to the fact I requested claim be submitted 3 months ago & after 5 calls & Dr Reganâs help you didnât have invoice. While on phone with TRUPANION i called LSAH for the 6th time a seasoned front desk employee sent the invoice over to Trupanion. Within minutes I receive email from Trupanion that invoice & documents had been received & processed. Thank you.
