I'm so thankful to have my little doggie's insurance through Healthy Paws. Soon after getting her covered she had to spend 3 nights in the hospital due to developing an allergy to her heartworm medicine. The bill was quite expensive, but Healthy Paws processed the many claims quickly. Now my little rescue doggie is sick again with a chronic illness. I just can't believe it. :-( Being absolutely heartbroken, Healthy Paws has also quickly paid the claims again which, although still devastated, I don't have to be quite so stressed out. Forever grateful to this company. Truly blessed and thankful.

I can’t thank you enough for processing our claim so quickly. Ranger had to have an ACL done and 1 week after the surgery our claim was approved and we were reimbursed. They even sent an email to check on him. That’s what I call a caring pet insurance with excellent customer service! Thank you again.

I have been with Healthy Paws since 2017. I actually have 2 dogs. The other is a micro doodle. This insurance is amazing! My Ridgeback developed a disorder, which has led her to be on 2 medications. Without fail, every time I submit the claim, I am reimbursed within 2 days. She also had a dental cleaning, where they found a cracked tooth, which needed to be extracted, and they paid 100% of the $1400 bill. I am so pleased with this insurance.

Healthy paws was always professional, Courteous, available to chat and very helpful. Refund was posted the day after my claim. Highly recommend their service.

I have nothing but great things to say about MetLife pet insurance. I have 6 dogs all insured with MetLife. It's easy to submit claims and they pay quickly even when the claim is large (TPLO surgery) and to date have approved all claims. I couldn't be happier with MetLife only wish I had signed up years ago.

I have a four-year-old mixed breed puppy, who needed surgery for a torn ACL. Needless to say, the operation was quite expensive, but with Healthy Paws I had no worries. The claim was submitted and reviewed within 24 hours. No problems, issues, or questions. Reimbursed the full amount per contract… Can’t ask for anything better. Customer service is excellent. I had to take my 4 year old dog to an emergency vet late one Sunday evening. Turned out she had an anaphylactic reaction to something and she could have died if she didn’t get to a vet. She was given IV, cold plasma, they did an ultrasound and she had to stay there overnight. Healthy Paws insurance handled my claim so quickly and even sent an email several days later to see how Juliet was doing. I was so grateful. I recommend Healthy Paws Insurance to every pet owner.
