I've been using first Pet First & then they were acquired by met Life. They take care of claims right away, they answer their phone when you call. I have been very satisfied

Best Investment for Pet Parenting
I adopted Nila from a rescue organization when she was 13 weeks old, saved from a high kill shelter in the south. I received one month paid pet insurance from PetFirst, now MetLife Pet. Nila is now 7 years old and having this insurance her entire life has made all the difference in giving her the care she needs. Wonderful customer service, prompt and accurate claim resolution. MetLife Pet is my one and only choice for Nila and any other pets I might have in the future.

Amazing 1st Claim Experience
Customer service is always outstanding. I stumbled through the process as the first claim requires past medical history, but every time I called to check on the status, every claims rep was extremely courteous. I’m so glad I signed up with MetLife for my 2 babies!
