Ares
This is the first time having pet insurance even after having many dogs as members of our familey MetLife has been a blessing to work with we have had Ares since he was 8 wks. old he will be 9 months 03/24/2023 and has had many vet visits that ins. claims were filed within 2wks. we were reimbursed from MetLife also they were very easy to file claims with

Great Company -Outstanding Service!
I have both of my cats insured by MetLife Pet Insurance and I am thrilled with their customer service I make sure I provide the information needed in by MetLife and receive prompt and fair responses every time. The gentleman that I spoke to was pleasant and explained the policy and the benefits. I was happy with what he said and started the insurance right then and there. I would highly recommend your company and have to some of my co-workers who have pets.

Great help!
My puppy had gotten into a laundry basket and ate a few socks…took her to the vet to make sure she didn’t have any blockages. I’ve never paid so much money for dang socks before but luckily I had MetLife pet insurance to soften the blow of that visit.

Outcome Great for Reimbursement on Alessandra's Claim
Met Life is great and will make adjustments to the claim based upon the Vet's report. They are a great company and I am glad that I have them for Alessandra's health care coverage.

Kori was very pleasant to talk to and made filing a claim easy. She explained everything clearly, and again, she was very helpful and pleasant. I'm glad my husband picked MetLife Pet Insurance!!
