Really good company
Embrace is very responsive. They get back to you quickly on your claim...you can email or call them and they quickly respond. They walk their talk, pay all valid claims and are a really good company.

I love Petsecure!
Both of my Bernese Mountain Dogs are secured with Petsecure as well as my Siberian Cat. I would never use a different insurance company as Petsecure has always gone above and beyond for me. Wylie has a slew of congenital defects and every claim that I've submitted has been processed efficiently and there have never been any questions. Bentley was a rescue and came to em at 3 years old. Petsecure insured him right away and there have been no issues yet - thank goodness! I have Secure 4 for both dogs, which includes preventative health (exams, blood work, fecals, sentinel etc) and I think it's definitely worth every penny and my peace of mind. Thanks Petsecure!

Exceeded expectations
My dog tore his ACL a year and 2 weeks after I got insurance through Pets Best. I had no idea that this type of accident wasn't covered for the first year (who reads the fine print?) but they responded to my claim in less than a weeks time sending a check along with a hand-written greeting card wishing my dog a speedy recovery! What more could you ask for?

My pets have been "Embraced"
I have written before about the wonderful service from Embrace. We have two Rottweilers and the younger will now, possibly be faced with elbow surgery. First we will have our evaluation from the Orthopedic Surgeon and then will follow through on the decisions. That is traumatic enough, but I have every confidence that Embrace will stand by us, as they always have. There is no other pet insurance company like Embrace. Why every pet own does not know that is beyond me. I tell every pet owner I meet about Embrace and got the Vet's office to promote Embrace literature. Rochelle Reiss

Speedy!
Both my kitties fell ill, one right after the other. You can just imagine having veterinary bills racking up for almost a month, between their illnesses and hospital stays. Thank goodness for Pets Best, since I knew I would be able to recoup at least some of the costs incurred from their illness. I was really impressed by how fast the claims were processed, how easy they make it to submit the claim and the on-going notifications of the status of the claim.

very helpful
I have been a member of Petshealth Insurance for over 10 years. It has proven to be a very trustworthy insurance company. I have submitted many claims over the years fo my three dogs, and this company has come through when we needed them the most. My black lab was very ill when he was younger, and Petshealth paid for my dog's medical bills and prescriptions. Recently, my two year old Rottweiler mix tore her ligament in her knee, and Petshealth covered 80% of her surgery (over $1,300). Thank goodness for Petshealth!

Good so far.
I have two Bostin Terriers and they are quit active.Since we adopted them, we have had a few issues, from a scratched eye on one to bowel obstruction on the other. So far, ASPCA has covered all. It has been nice to not worry too much about vet bills. The only thing that my policy states is that if there is a pre-existing/recurring illness or injury that exists prior to the plan period effective date and has not had 180 days since diagnosis, cure and last treatment, they will not cover it. Also, multiple incidents of foreign object ingestion in a 12 month period. Hopefully I do not run into this problem. Other then that, I have been very satisfied.

don't cover all of er expenses, but we have had a lot of claims in the last year- 2 from dog bites b/c my inconsiderate neighbors let their dogs roam off leash unnattended! We were glad to have some reimbursement- also help[ed with end of life treatment for our 15 yr old cat

VERY GOOD INSURANCE
I HAVE HAD OTHER INSURANCES ON MY PET BUT ASPCA IS THE BEST YET. ASPCA HAS REEMBURSED ME FOR MY VET BILLS WERE THE OTHERS SAID IT WAS NOT COVERED. MY VET EVEN SAIDS HE WOULD RECOMEND THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE INSURANCE ON THERE PET. ASPCA IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN ANY OTHER OF THE ONES I HAVE HAD AND PAYS OUT MORE.
