Fabulous Service!
After reviewing all the pet insurance options I could find I decided to purchase my new policy from Embrace. My choice was supported when my vet told me that she has her pets insured through Embrace as well. Embrace offered a variety of great plan choices as well as the opportunity to customize my own coverage plan. I submitted my claim for my puppy's first wellness check and received word from Sam at Embrace in less than a week. My claim was covered in full and a check issued to me immediately. I am delighted and impressed. Additionally Embrace offered me incredible customer service both by phone and via email. Everyone I have been in contact with has been courteous, friendly and helpful. I don't usually rave about insurance companies but I honestly couldn't hope for better pet insurance.

Pets Best is the BEST
Our enlish bulldog Dozr who is 10 months has had his share of puppy accidents/illnesses in his short time. From a sprained paw to fractured toe and gastritis. Getting insurance with Pets Best was one of the best things we have ever done. The turn around time to process claims is fast and the customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. With the high cost of Vet care we are at ease knowing Dozr is protected.

Very pleased
After spending almost $7,000 on my Ragdoll cat, who had to be put to sleep, I decided I definitely would get pet insurance when I adopted again. I adopted Maya when she was almost a year old, and searched for the best insurance. I chose Embrace because they seem to have the best coverage, the least amount of exclusions/exceptions, and the wellness program. I took Maya for her first annual check up and shots since getting her, and was pleased to be able to submit my bill from the vet's office. I received a confirmation the same day and an email three days later stating my entire claim was approved and the check was being sent. I may not use all of my wellness benefits this year, but I will next year. I just adopted a kitten a few days ago, and will be signing him up today. I hope if I ever need to make a claim for illness or injury it is handled just as efficiently.

Amazing Customer Service & Insurance
When our new puppy Gracie joined our family of pets we knew we needed pet insurance for piece of mind. After researching many insurance companies and their policies & coverages, we were excited to try Embrace out. We have had a few claims already and the customer service has been tip top. Great customer service
My 7 month puppy, Lola, is my first pet. My husband and I decided to get insurance for her since he had dogs in the past with expensive health problems. I am so glad that I decided on Embrace. They were very good to deal with. There was a bit of leg work for the first claim, but now that Embrace has her health history it should be very easy after this.

So glad I chose to make this investment!
As economic times got tough, my employer cut hours and wages. My dog, Gustavo, has always been very healthy, but was getting older. I did not know how I would be able to pay for major veterinary expenses with the money I was making. I had tried once before to insure Gustavo, but was told by that insurance provider that my dog was too old. Applying for insurance ASPCA was a quick and hassle free process, and they insured my dog at 10 years of age. I have since filed two claims, one for a tail injury, and the other for a check up when Gustavo seemed lethargic. Each time I called for assistance or had questions, I was connected to a very knowledgeable, patient and sweet pet insurance agent, who answered all of my questions. Both claims were processed in a timely manner. I do not know how I could have afforded these two vet bills had it not been for the assistance of the ASPCA Pet Insurance. It has proven to be an excellent decision.

Pets best gave my dog extra time

Never thought I'd need to use it this soon.
With the addition of a rescued Yorkshire Terrier puppy to our family I thought the time was right to insure this "little terror". Finley came to us after being too much to handle for his previous owner. He is high strung, rambunctious, extremely active and cute as can be. I figured if any pet might need coverage,it would be this little guy. I never imagined I wuold need the coverage so soon. Somehow Finley broke his tibia and injured the growth plate in his leg. (We think it might have been from doing acrobatics off the furniture.) After several Vet visits we found out he had actually broken the bone rather than spraining his ACL. Embrace has pocessed the claim quickly and without hesitation. We also had Finley neutered and microchipped and received our reimbursment from his Wellness coverage in a timely manner as well. Needless to say getting the coverage has been a godsend. Thank you for everything...and Finley is back to being his gregarious self!
