So far, so great!
As with people insurance, we hope we never have to use our Embrace benefits, but we sure are glad we have them!We are just a little over the 6 month mark in our first year with Embrace. In that time we've had two wellness claims and one illness claim. The wellness claims were processed very quickly by a couple of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure to be in contact with. We are still waiting for information about the illness claim, but I understand that these types of claims would be a little more involved. So far, I've been very pleased with all aspects of Embrace pet insurance.

Absolutely wonderful company!!
I have a male Boerboel who has had alot of problems. I did not even know that there was pet insurance until he tore his ACL completely in half and of course not having insurance at the time I had to pay for this out of pocket ended up over $3,000. The vet is the one who told about pet insurance and I checked into it immediately and found Pets Best to be the best plan for me so I immediately had Chopper signed up. Chopper has since had several surgeries to remove skin tags, he developed cancer in one of his toes last year and had to have it amputated. I submitted the claims to Pets Best and within a little over a week I had the check for reimbursement. This company is wonderful and I don't know how I ever went without pet insurance. It definately puts my mind to ease knowing if something goes wrong that my baby is insured. I have recommended Pets Best to all of my friends with animals, and told my vet about my experiences and he now also recommends it to other clients.

Our yellow lab Bubba recently had to have surgery for his fractured teeth. What an unexpected expense this created for us (over $2,000!) Thank goodness for Pets Best, which paid the majority of his surgery very promptly and efficiently! I don't know what we would have done without this coverage! This is my first experience as an adult pet owner (I had pets when I was a kid, but no responsibilities). I researched reviews for several pet insurance companies and Embrace seemed to have the most favorable, so I went with them. I've had them for about 4 months now and have submitted one Wellness claim, for my puppy's neutering and microchip. The process was quick and painless, and I got my check in what seemed to be a blink of an eye. Terrific customer service...I got quick responses any time I had an inquiry. The only thing I wish they had was an interactive website showing my account and activity. I think if Embrace had that, it would be a 10, no doubt. Thank you Embrace! Hopefully I won't need to use you very often, but the peace of mind I receive is worth it!

Quality service at Pets Best
A few weeks back my 11 month old blind kitten passed away due to FIP. Last year was the first year I ever got pet insurance, for Dash and my other cat Harry. I never thought I would have to make a claim so soon, but Pets Best claim form was easy to fill out and they had multiple ways of submitting the claims. I quickly got a confirmation that the received my claims and were processing. They completed the process well before their allotted time (and sent my an e-mail update) and my checks arrived 3 days later. They were very kind on the phone when I cancelled Dash's policy. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Pets Best and I will remain a loyal customer. Thank You Pets Best.

Great Dental Coverage
Embrace Dental insurance is great. It covered everything it said it would, which is exactly what i want in pet insurance. If you are looking for honest and great coverage as well as extremely helpful service, look no further than Embrace. And what i really like is that if i call after hours i can leave a message and they will get right back to me the next morning. I am extremely happy with Embrace.

I have nothing bad to say about Trupanion! I have a very accident prone 2 year old Boxer. I purchased this insurance last year as I was sitting in the waiting room of the E.R. when my guy drank antifreeze and cost me over $4,000. It has been by far the best decision I made. We have had several injuries since then, the most recent being a severed artery needing surgery! Now, my dog loves to injure himself after hours so these all end up being costly E.R. bills and I must say I am very satisfied with my timely reimbursement and customer service. Plus with these economic times every little bit helps, we could be getting nothing back.

Excellent cost benefit ratio
Just had another excellent experience with Pets Best. Turned in all items for reimbursement associated with 5 month old Pandi Belle's wellness policy, including spaying, and was pleasantly surprised to the see the EOB and attached check by return mail in less than a week. I do not see how this excellent company could improve on that type of service. Once again, thank you, Pets Best, for the secure knowledge that you're part of the team that has our little pup is in good hands. This is our second claim experience with Pets Best. The first, in 2010, following a suspected poison ingestion by our daughters ShiPoo, was handled with equal facility.

Very happy with Embrace Insurance
I love the ease of turning in the Wellness Claims and the turn around is quick. It's nice to have an Insurance company that is so helpful and the followup emails are nice too. Thanx!!!
