Wow! What a surprise!
I wish that dealing with health insurance issues for myself were as easy to deal with as it has been with Healthy Paws! I have always been skeptical of health insurance for my pets, but when I got Gus a 9 week old St. Bernard I thought that I would re-think the issue. After reading a lot of reviews and doing a lot of research, I decided on Healthy Paws! At 9 months he had his first medical emergency. Literally a day after the company received all the initial medical history and invoices, I was notified a check was being mailed! I am so glad I not only made the decision to insure Gus, but a better decision was to decide on Healthy Paws!

Awesome Company! We love AKC Pet Healthcare
We bought this plan when are little girl was just 12 weeks old. She is now approaching six. AKC PHP has been there for every little and large medical event in her life. We are reimbursed promptly (less than 2weeks from claim), we have never been denied any claim. It is so comforting to know when our dog is sick we afford her the very best medical care thanks to AKC PHP. We recommend this insurance to all our friends and family.

I am glad to have insurance forMy pets in a Case they have a catastrophic illness. So far the worst Thing that has happened has been that my dog at something That made him sick and he and to stay at the vet overnight. It has not paid for itself yet, but it gives me peace of mind that I won't have to worry I my pets get seriously I'll.

our poor bernese mountain pup broke her toe on christmas day of 2010. never in a million years would my husband and i have imagined how the next 6 weeks of our lives would be effected. everything started out just fine..."keep a splint on for 6 weeks and she will be all healed" said the vet. well, after almost daily trips to the vet because our pup refused to leave her splint alone...the bills added up and our pup now had more problems. due to the fact our pup wouldn't leave her dressing alone, she developed pressure sores and infection after infection. we tried everything and anything...pain medication, sedatives, big plastic lamp shade collars and inflatable collars and the medication didn't touch our energetic lil girl and the collars all fell victim to chewing. eventually our lil baby healed but it was a long road that drained our wallets. thankfully we were able to be reimbursed about a third of what we paid out of pocket. i simply submitted the vet bills and embrace literally took care of everything...easiest and most customer friendly system. laura b. and carrie h. took care of the claim for us so we didn't have to do anything except wait for a check...and now they will be waiting for more bills because bessie broke her toe again 3 weeks ago

I'm very happy with my decison to insure my new dog, Massiel, with Embrace. Their website provided me the precise information I needed to make my decision and to this date it has proven to be true. The reimbursements of my claims are not only timely but preceded by an email advising me they have been received and then another email alerting me of the mailing of a reimbursement check and its expected day of delivery. Having this kind of a response is a really pleasant surprise. And they always wish the best to Massiel in their communications! I have recommended Embrace to my friends and keep passing along their information to anyone looking to insure their pets. This is my first time using pet insurance and Sammi (my kitten) is my first pet. With that being said, I did alos f research on the different insurances out there. I was most impressed with Embrace when they took the time to explain the policy in depth. Their customer service is first rate. I have only submitted claims for Wellness thus far, but the response and commuication has been amazing! Thank you Embrace! Best thing we ever did
We enrolled our puppy Tater when he was 4 months old, about 2 years ago. We did this because he was a labrador and they are known for being very active dogs. Since then poor Tater has been through two leg surgeries and now has an auto-immune disease. All of which Embrace has been there to help us though the turmoil. We enrolled our newest member of the family, Boise, a yellow lab, and thankfully she has been very healthy. Without Embrace, we may not have been able to make the medical choices we did to save Tater's life.
