I'd advise every pet owner to have this insurance.

Originally, I subscribed to the ASPCA Pet Insurance for our move from Arizona to Michigan, worried that something would happen to my two kitties on the way. Instead, it was still in force after we moved, and my "old girl" began to be ill off and on. So I've kept the insurance, and it has paid returns several times now. We never get questioned about the validity of our claim, and the payment is very swift. Good Job!!

Emma Kate's Emergency

My Emma Kate ate something that upset her stomach and she started vomiting and vomiting. I took her to the vet and got her problem taken care of immediately. I submitted my claim to ASPCA Health Insurance and was delighted to see a check in my mailbox within a month of making the claim. I'm so happy to know that my 3 dogs are all protected and that ASPCA will be there to help me when those emergencies happen.

The Best

I have two Golden Doodle puppies who will be puppies and in the first year I have had a bout of urinary infections and diarrhea and a very unfortunate incident in which one of them swallowed a sock that almost cut her intestine in half. Trupanion handled all claims professionally, quickly and fairly. It is very comforting to be with a company that has the coverage Trupanion does and knows how we pet owners treat our animals as members of our family.

They could not make it easier

I can see already that purchasing this insurance is going to pay off over the next year. I researched long and hard when looking for pet insurance for my new puppy, Pet's Best is by far the best value out there. I highly recommend the well care coverage based upon the coverage I will save a substantial amount of money over the next year and will definately renew my coverage. I just submitted my first claim, faxed it in, received almost immediate acknowledgement, and payment shortly after via direct deposit. They do it right!

Very good service

I have only used Embrace twice for covered expenses for my cat Sasha. Luckily nothng too serious, but Embrace has been very nice and quick in my reimbursements. I would feel no need to use any other insurance. Their prices are about the same as other pet insurances and I like their quick and courteous responses.

Never got out of the starting blocks

I really wanted to use this company and my vet complied with all of their paperwork requests by sending complete medical records. I hadn't even submitted a claim when I started getting contacts from claim adjusters nitpicking the files and creating pre-existing exclusions for the pets. If you took your animal to the vet for anything other than routine shots in the past, it's a pre-existing condition, even if it was a minor matter and you were being proactive with your animal's care. The experience honestly confirmed all of the negative things I've heard about pet insurance companies, and Embrace is supposed to be one of the best. I'm going to take what I would have paid in a premium and put it in a segregated savings account, continue to take good care of my animals, and avoid the frustration and bureaucracy posed by pet insurance. I will write off the loss of $200 in premiums as a lesson learned.

oh..dewey-glad we were covered with ASPCA

Dewey is my 7 year old boy cat, and was extremely ill, not eating, high temp...even te vets were at a loss as to what was wrong with my boy. After a few different antibiotic attempts more labs, 6 days he started comimg around, Now I have my Dewey back and he's feeling back to normal. I may never know what was wrong with Dewey, these little guys are more complicated then vets like to admit so it'a a great pease of mind have the ASPCA on board to help financially and emotionally.

Surprisingly excellent!

Get pet insurance! The money I have saved in vet bills just this year will cover my monthly premiums for 4-5 years.

Prompt, fair, and professional service. Pleased.

Ingested poison, treated immediately. Claim submitted and settled in a timely and professional manner. This is the second claim I have submitted in Chimo's 6 years and both were handled fairly and to my complete satisfaction.
