I have the ASPCA insurance for my dog. My only complaint is that currently they do not cover genetic problems.

Excellent Policy & Quality Service
I own a pet sitting service and I have three large dogs of my own currently and I have had multiple dogs all of my adult life. I have had other insurance policies that really did not give me the peace of mind that Embrace gives me. Embrace pays fairly as they claim and in a short amount of time. The employees are very customer and pet friendly. They are well informed and kind, what more could you ask for?

Excellent Service
My baby Aengus, has not been feeling well lately and we are trying to pin point what the problem is, Embrace has been great when it comes to keeping me informed on when they get my paperwork and when my check and explaination of benefits is coming. I couldn't have picked a better insurance company for my pets.

Full Coverage for Breed Specific Conditions
I have a pure bred dog which means that inevitably some breed specific something or other WILL happen. I chose Embrace because they do not have the breed specific condition clause that most other insurance companies have in which they do not cover issues that could arise from having a pure bred dog. I submitted my claim and all of it was covered, and I was reimbursed quickly! It is on the expensive side, but when something does happen to your pet, you know that you will be covered and taken care of.

Trupanion was very helpful
My dog Flynn decided to eat rocks but fortunately was able to pass them without surgery. Although it was a very stressful time for me I was comforted by the execellent care my Vet gave him (and me) and Trupanion stepped right up to handle my insurance claim. I would reccomend Trupanion to anyone who has a pet.

Trupanion is a great pet insurance company
My dog ruptured her CCL while running and she needed expensive surgery to repair the injury. Trupanion promptly paid 90% of the claim as per the policy with no problems. Quick and easy payment of claims and responsive customer service has been my experience with Trupanion since I purchased the insurance over 2 years ago. I highly recommend this company.

Very good customer service/fast response
I have been with Trupanion for a short period of time and have experienced great service with friendly and helpful staff. Also the turn around with paying claims is timely!! I was told from several people how great they were and they were right!!
