very quick reimbursement
Very quick response and reimbursement. We hope to not need to file any claims other than wellness, but we know that we'll at least get reimbursed quickly.

Excellent coverage and very responsive staff!
I've had Embrace pet insurance for over a year now and have been extremely pleased with both the coverage (for illnesses as well as general wellness expenses - like flea medication and teeth cleaning). In addition, the staff are wonderful about keeping you informed about the status of your claim, an explanation of the coverage, when to expect a check once the claim is approved and even check to be sure you have received your check. Excellent all the way around!

Rehab Covered Too - WOW!
Words don't even begin to express the "WOW" that accompanies having your pet covered with Embrace. My pup suffered bilateral hip dysplasia. Not only did Embrace cover the FHO (surgery), they cover the rehab as well. This allows my pup (only 8 months old) to have the best shot of recovery available to him. Rehab is very expensive -- worth it clearly -- but no small claim. Not only is this covered the reimbursements are so prompt - in some instances less than 72 hours - WOW. Customer Service is awesome, every representative I speak to is knowledgable and kind as well as caring - another WOW! Then get this WOW -- they provide exceptional coverage. Not all providers cover the things that Embrace has. I did my homework when selecting this insurance. I had a very unfortunate experience with another pet insurance provider. So I learned a lesson the hard way with that other carrier. I know what I speak as to providers and Embrace - WOW -- they are AMAZING and offer a SUPERIOR product. This provider has allowed me to get the best care for my sweet pup and believe when I say -- not all insurance companies are that way -- THANK YOU EMBRACE!

Great to have...
We decided to get pet insurance for our Yorkie. Being that they are smaller dogs, and quite possibly more prone to having issues, we thought it would provide us with the security of knowing we would never have to choose between our pet’s health and our pocketbook. As many of you know or will find out, dogs are really a part of the family…we see our dog like he is just another kid. With that said, we never want to compromise our ability to do what we can for him. Having pet insurance allows us to do just that. The ASPCA org. is very good in terms of customer service and we have been satisfied with the level of coverage that they provide.

Not worth the money
Purchased level 4 insurance for my dog 4 months ago. He recently got antibotics for anal gland infection. The meds didnt help. Doc says we need surgery and insurance said cant help becuase dog was prescribed antibiotics 6 months ago. ASPCA does everything in there power to deny the claim. A big waste of money.

The best
My toy poodle is six years old and I originally had another insurance company but I became unhappy when dealing with claims I had sent them. About 4 years ago I switched to Embrace and I can tell you I have never been more satisfied. All the claims people have been super to deal with and the claims themselves have been handled in a timely manner. As I said, they are the best.

Try It, You'll Like It
This was our first claim in the almost two years we have had our four dogs insured. I left another company because I was tired of large fee increases yearly when I had never even made a claim. This being a first claim it did take longer as additional information was required. Frankly there were several things that went wrong HOWEVER in spite of it my claim was still settled in four weeks. AND - if that weren't enough - when an invoice was misplaced and I opted not to bother sending them a copy again since it wasn't for a large amount (and I told them not to worry about it) they decided to contact my vet on their own. They got a copy Faxed to them and I got an email saying they had done so and it would be included in my reimbursement. Each person I spoke to knocked themself out to be helpful. I called my vet and asked if they would contact the Embrace rep in the area and carry their information in the waiting room. No one should be without pet insurance these days and Embrace is the best I've found!

My Tucker is my heart and soul.
I had an incident with my black Lab, Tucker last fall when I had him out running. He is a champion bred Labrador. He was snooping over in the weeds and all of a sudden there was a great commotion. I couldn't see him, but I heard him. I wasn't quite sure what he tangled with at the time. However, I could see he was shakened up. I leashed him up and we went home. I didn't think much of it that night. The next morning, Tucker seemed listless and was walking strangely. I noticed his paws were swollen and tender looking. I took him to the Vet and he decided to do a series of tests and keep him for observation. He suspected a spider bite or a bee sting. Something was attacking his immune system. They started him on steroids and strong antibiotics. I told him about the incident and said that I suspected a snake bite from a copperhead. Well, to make a long story short, Tucker made a full recovery. I knew my decision to have health insurance on him was just as important as having it on my kids. I never want to be put in a position of putting my best friend down because it was too expensive to treat him. ASPCA Pet Insurance has been a sound choice because of the comprehensive coverage and good value. The claim was handled very efficiently. There is nothing I wouldn't do for my friend. Tucker is my heart and soul.
