Very Happy with the Proactive friendly Team!
I never had pet insurance before, but Embrace is like no other insurance you have ever had...they actually follow up and help you make sure you are happy with the results. When I was away and didnt follow up with my vet to get a missing form he forgot to include in the claim...my Embrace rep went directly to the Vat and got the necessary form before I even got back. YEAH Embrace!!!! Best (pet) decision I ever made!

Clear, definitive answers (sometimes not in the client's favour) are still welcome & helpful.Funny thing about clarity & honesty...it builds a trusted relationship.

Wellness Claim Reimbursement
It took about a week and a half rom the time I submitted my claim for my two cats' wellness visit to the time I received my check. Embrace paid the entire claim quickly. They followed up with me to let me know they had received the claim, let me know that they had processed it, and then followed up to make sure I had received the payment. Wonderful!

From a 480 vet bill they returned $160 after over a year of service! What a joke! I will be canceling ASAP!!

ASPCA health insurance saved us alot of money.
We have 2 cats , 1, 10 yrs old 1, 6 yrs old. Our 6 yr old Tuxedo , domestic short hair, had to have his teeth cleaned for tarter build up and 1 extraction . A couple weeks later he had bladder broblems,(Bladder Stones) and needed surgery. For around 1,600 dollar in charges for both procedures we had to pay about 450.00. You never know when you'll need Insurance.

Raise in premiums is criminal.
After one year with Trupanion our monthly premium was raised from $40.35 to $94.17. During this first year we only had one claim and it was minimal. It very much seems like a "bait and switch" where a company lures us with a great price and then more than doubles it after one year. This business practice seems criminal.

My experience with the claims we submit to Trupanion have been great. They are true to their word with very few restrictions and breed predispositions. They are timely with processing the claims and getting the checks to me. I have and will continue to recommend this insurance company to the clients at my practice

I'm happy with Embrace!
I looked around, and Embrace had the best policy that I could find. They have great communication and very friendly staff. They sent my reimbursement check very quickly. I had my dog neutered, and they covered $400 of it. Embrace is great!
