MICROCHIPPING

I was very impressed with the ease of filing a claim. My vet's office did all the paperwork and very soon thereafter I received my check. I would definitely recommend Embrace to anyone.

Awesome Insurance Co!

I read reviews and did research on several companies before deciding on Embrace. They have an easy claims submission procedure. They were fast in sending the checks and documentation is easy to follow. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I only my personal medical insurance were this straight forward!

Amazing service

3 months after I enrolled in Healthy Paws, our beloved puppy Goober got hit by a car and badly fractured his front leg. The vet recommended surgery since the fracture was bad enough that without it the leg would not heal correctly. We were told the only reason not to get the surgery would be if we cannot afford it and without Healthy Paws, we definitely could not have. I was expecting the insurance process to be painful, but Healthy Paws reimbursed us for 90% of the costs and we only had to fax over some documents. The process was easy, fast, and very reliable. Recently, I received an email from Healthy Paws asking if I need a replacement for a check that was issued to us in May that we had never cashed (we misplaced it while moving this summer!). This, in my opinion, is as stellar as customer service gets. Healthy Paws definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Not only are their helpful and reliable, but they are also friendly, which is much appreciated!

Older Cats Not Eligible for Continuing Care Option

I had no idea this product did not offer continuing coverage for chronic conditions treated in the prior policy year. It was not discussed at the time of purchase and I only found out after I had cancelled my cats from Pets Best and signed up for ASPCA. This is just beyond the pale of business ethics. My cats had coverage (but no chronic conditions) under Pets Best but I was dissatisfied with Pets Best per incident deductible policy so switched to ASPCA. Now my cats with chronic conditions treated in 2012 will have preexisting conditions for other pet insurance policies. DO NOT PURCHASE ASPCA if YOUR PET IS NOT QUALIFIED FOR CONTINUING CARE POLICY. And ask if that policy expires at a certain age. The rep I just spoke to was so rude in telling me this was in my policy issued in 2011 (after I cancelled my Pets Best insurance) - like that helped after I had no option at that point. VERY DECEIVING business PRACTICE.

Embrace pet insurance is the BEST in the world !!!

In August 2011 my dog Torsten blew out his hind knee. I got a quote from vet, sent it to Embrace - they immediately authorized the surgery and immediately reimbursed me for the claim - almost $3,000.In August 2012 Torsten blew out this other hind knee. Again I got a quote, got authorization, and Embrace has taken a bit longer to pay (they implemented a new system) and will be paying me over $2,000. Now, they are reviewing a claim for Stem Cell procedure. I can't even believe they offer this ! I would have to put my dog down if they had not paid for these procedures. A Human always answers the phone, they know my pet's name, and they are AMAZING. I have gotten some of their brochures to place in many offices and pet stores - that is how much I think of them. The other insurance companies are Not Even Close. Use Embrace, tell your friends. I actually had this health insurance on my dog and did not have personal health insurance. Good Thing! Best wishes for all those out there. Pls Spay and Neuter and Adopt :-)

I am glad I have Pets Best

Have Pets Best for two of my cats. One cat has been losing weight for almost two years, and just stopped eating and drinking. Took him to the hospital and admitted him for a night because he was in bad condition. Had to put him on IV and special care. He's been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and currently on pills. All that stress has been taken out by Pets Best. The insurance claim was easy to submit, got processed within 2 days. Got the money about 3-4 days after i submitted the cliam via direct deposit. 2nd claim was easy as well, for his recheck and blood lab work. I have been recommended this insurance company to my friends/co-workers with my experience.

Excellent!

Very good customer service. They take the time to listen. I fax my claims and receive a response the next day through email saying that they received the claim and will send a reply within twenty four hours. I have direct deposit, and I feel this is the best way to go. My cat, Oreo, is 10 years old and recently diagnosed as a diabetic. You're the "Best".
