It definitely came in handy when our animal hospital registered us with Trupanion insurance. Our puppy broke two of her toes and the cost associated to fix this was not in the budget. Luckily Trupanion will work directly with our animal hospital so the worry of being able to pay for our new family member's treatment was lifted. It was nice to not have to figure out how to pay up front and wait weeks for a cheque in the mail. It was all taken care of before I even left my house to pick her up from the animal hospital.

Goodbye Embrace
I filed a claim in August on an August 7 date of service. The amt of the claim was almost $300. Today, Oct 3 I finally rec'd a reply about the claims. They have agreed to pay $51. I have waited for 2 months for them to process the claim!! I AM THROUGH WITH THEM. Their marketing media was totally propaganda!! Good by Embrace or should I say "DISTASTE"!!! THANKS so much for your misrepresentation!!!BTW, THIS IS THE 3rd claim submitted - they paid ZERO on the first 2 and a whooping $51 on this one which good 2 MONTHS to get a response!!!!

I signed up for Trupanion based on the recommendation of a good friend whose dog had been hit by a car and had a wonderful experience dealing with them (her dog was fine, btw). They were very caring and helpful when I had my first and only claim.

Simple Stated -- The BEST
Embrace has been absolutely fabulous in paying claims for our pup who suffers with severe hip dysplasia and receives physical therapy. I couldn't be happier with Embrace, they provide coverage for a very expensive illness without hassle. I have highly recommend Embrace and continue too.

Helpful to pets , helpful to pet parents.
I am very pleased at how helpful Embrace has been to me and my furbaby Mr. Boots a gray and white kitty. I was very distressed one day when I noticed Mr. Boots had a wound on his belly and so I took him to the vet who said he thought it was a bite wound from something like a snake . The doc then cleaned the wound and healed it with antibiotics.And you can imagine how happy and relieved I was that Mr. Boots got cured and that we had a good insurance like Embrace to also take the financial worries away as well.You can tell they are about pets with the true quality caring helpful service they provide as well as their giving to animal charities when you buy a policy from them(which in my book is very admirable),so you can't help but love a company with their happy customer service record and that's simply amazing!So if their are any uninsured pet parents who need good insurance, I would say get Embrace .
