I am so grateful to have Nationwide Pet Insurance for my precious Dakota
Nationwide routinely has reviewed and processed my claims for Dakota's healthcare very promptly. In this instance it took a little longer because the vet never included a diagnosis. It does trouble me that coverage does not include behavioral medicine particularly since behavioral issues so effect physical health

Faster Claim Refund
This was the first claim I have ever filed with nationwide pet insurance. I have Healthy Paws for my other dog and you are reimbursed from them within 5 working days, so Nationwide Pet Insurance was much slower, but I am still happy with the outcome and overall benefits of Nationwide. I would recommend you trying to use an app to apply claims and then process time reduce to 5 working days or less. I would recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to my friends. Thank you so much. No worries with Nationwide Pet Insurance
In December, Quincy our kitty with no notice lost use of his back legs. It was a shock! Rushing him to the vet we were originally told he may have a blood clot and probably very unlikely he would have much time left. We asked the vet to do more testing and found out his diagnoses was not fatal. He began showing signs of improvement but starting vomiting many times daily and in a couple weeks he list 3lbs. We went back to vet and asked to help and do testing to find out if this was related to his prior dx or something new. It was new and another treatment plan started and he is recovering well. During all of this we never worried with Nationwide Pet Insurance to cover most of these expenses.

I give a 4 stars because, while they've been really good to me and my pets and their needs, it would be nice if they were more open to herbal remedies, particularly CBD based ones. But this goes for all Pet Insurance agencies I've been told.
