We have had VPI and have been happy with it. The customer service is great and coverage has been good. Our lab had a major medical emergency 2 years ago. It was $5000 in medical bills. The insurance covered about half. I did, however, have to submit the claim twice. I initially got a little over $1000. I called and the service rep said to collect all the detailed records and submit another claim. They went through it and I got a lot more back. Just be on top of things and make sure you have a vet who keeps good records!
