I went with Embrace due to the good reviews. I think this company has changed.
My claim has been in process for several weeks and they are still asking for more information. While their reps are pleasant and polite, it doesn't mask the fact that it seems they are trying to get out of paying my claim.
I have paid monthly ever since I adopted my kitty two years ago. He ate something he shouldn't have and the vet says he may have IBD. It seems that Embrace is trying to see if this is a pre existing condition to get out of reimbursing me for the procedure to remove the object. I'm searching around for a different insurance company as we speak.
Feel like I wasted money with this company completely.
