Terrible Customer Service

Even though you sign up for a wellness plan through your local vet/pet store you will be directed to corporate headquarters for any and all billing matters. You will not be allowed to cancel or change the billing information at all without penalty. Should you forget to renew or cancel when you term is up - don't worry, they'll suck you into another year OR cancel your account and then up your monthly fee when they restart your account! We have been plan members for 5 years now because we can't seem to get the heck out of it. Not worth it!!
