I have been with 24 Pet Watch for about 5 years now. Every time I have filed a claim (that was not for "routine care"), they would give me different excuses for why they had not processed the claim. Either they needed all my cat's past vet records, or they never received the clam, even though my vet confirmed they did send it. After a lot of work on my part and time wasted, they denied my claim even though my cat needed ultrasounds, xrays, etc. for chronic vomiting and stomach pain.I have not received 1 cent from them for anything.
Additionally, their customer service is terrible. One has to wait on hold for a really long time and as I am writing this, I decided to do a Livechat instead. Not only is the representative not friendly but she doesn't really want to answer my questions and then disappeared and kept me waiting for over 10 minutes. I am changing policies and am on this website to choose another insurance.
