I just received an email from this great company! What a surprise. They reviewed a claim that I had on my Goldendoodle and her ear infection without my asking and found out they owed me an additional 51.00. Considering I had been with another insurance company prior to switching to Embrace 3 years ago that was a nightmare, this company has the most outstanding service and caring that I cannot say enough. Of all services that we pay for every day, I believe this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

Yes, I do find this unbelievable as every single claim I've submitted has been denied because of "allergy" issues. Prescription drugs have been denied because I purchased them from the vet, rather than purchasing them online (and delay treatment until they were delivered). One claims rep even went so far as to suggest unnecessary and invasive testing be done on a minor injury in order to rule out "allergies" before Embrace would consider paying on the claim. I would LOVE to know what the secret is to get Embrace to give me the same service that the 8-10 ratings have received, because at the moment, they don't even deserve a 1.
