After researching various insurers, we could not have made a better selection. Sure, I've been very impressed with the quick reimbursement of each claim, but what elevates this company is the customer service.
Our 1 year old recently had an accident at daycare and required after hours emergency care and several staples. Sadly, the owner of the daycare never called to see if our puppy was okay. You know who did check in? Healthy Paws sent an email to let me know they were processing the claim. About 10 days later they sent another email to check on her progress - no sales pitch involved - they just wanted to let us know they were thinking of her and asked us to give her extra hugs on their behalf. Last night I received another email expressing their happiness that she's feeling better. It feels like they have her picture on the wall!
