It's paid for itself!!!

Our 1 year old Westie, Zoey, started vomiting and having diarrhea late on a Friday and ended up in surgery by Sunday evening, racking up over $4,200 in vet bills (at the emergency animal hospital, no less). It took longer to get all of the paper work to send to Healthy Paws than it did to get the claim resolved.
They responded to and settled our claim quickly. I can't express how important that was. We were already so worried and stressed out about the surgery, let alone the cost.

The fact that Healthy Paws doesn't care which vet you go to and covers 90% of all of our costs (less the initial vet visit and our $100 deductible) validated our choice for pet insurance. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Rob & Katie,
Glad that Zoey has done so well post surgery. Thanks for sharing the info on how we reimburse - always based on the actual invoice, not on any fee schedule or "usual and customary" charges. Thanks for the glowing review:)

Take Care,

Carly
