Great Insurance

I have had this insurance for Hazel around 2 years now and just recently had to put a claim in for a surgery to remove bladder stones. Not only was the customer service polite when speaking to them, they were time efficient when I had only 15 minutes to see if the claim would be pre approved prior to my vet closing for the day to schedule her surgery the next morning. I would recommend this insurance to anyone for their pets to help even with peace of mind!
