The tech was wonky but Customer Service saved the Day!

I was having trouble initiating a claim. The website was not taking the pdf for my dog's surgery. I called customer service and after a couple of failed attempts Joseph P. saved the day and got me looked after. He was attentive, listened actively, and owned the problem. He wasn't hanging up until the issue was solved. Thanks Joseph for making my day.
