I have only had Embrace for a couple of months, but so far very pleased. My dog has an issue with his ear and originally Embrace denied the claim as a preexisting condition. My vet was able to write a letter explaining how this issue differed from his previous one and they allowed the claim. Usually an appeals process with an insurance company is a frustrating and stressful experience. Not so here. The claims department kept me continually updated by email; they did not make me feel like I was trying to get something past them (as so many people insurance companies do when you appeal a claim); they promptly reviewed my claim; and provided full and accurate details about what charges were covered as well remaining deductible and copays. This is my first time using them, but so far I am impressed.
