VPI has already paid for itself

Out of 10

We signed up with VPI in October. Since then our 6 year old Chocolate Lab, Bono, has incurred some unexpected expenses. He had to have 2 teeth removed because he fractured them on a bone. He also ate an entire bag of peanut brittle ($1000 vet bill!). Hide the peanut brittle! We paid about $1700 out of pocket for everything. After our $500 deductible VPI reimbursed us for almost $1100! It took about a month to receive payment due to the review of medical records. I would recommend that you submit medical records with the claim to speed up the process. Keep in mind tax, waste disposal, are not included. I am very happy with the insurance!
