When I called to renew the insurance policy for one of my dogs, Suzie said that I might want to change my policy and that she would need to check with my vet and after that she would let me know what my options were. Well, she checked with my vet , who called me to inform me, and after that she billed me for a substantially higher renewal rate without first consulting me. When I got this new policy in the mail, I nearly had a stroke. We are senior citizens and Kelsi has had insurance with this company for almost 10 years. I am now trying to find out why this insurance keeps going up substantially every year and also to get the money taht was cahrges to my AMX credited back to my account. I have a feeling that I will be looking into other insurance companuies.
