I had problems with the app and called immediately when I realized that there was an error. I was assured that the person handling the claim would realize the problem. Each time I called I was told there would not be a problem and my claim would be pushed forward. Then I received an email requesting additional information and I was angry. I was connected to Joe who was not put off by my anger. He reviewed the claim and placed me on hold while he contacted both my vet and the emergency hospital and before we completed our call he had received from both the necessary documents to complete the claim. He was wonderful and an asset to your company. I requested the survey so that he would be commended.
