Kudos to Deja! She was efficient, patient, unbelievably thoughtful!

I was very discouraged with renewing my policy for my healthy 9 year-old Australian Labradoodle. Deja very thoughtfully explained what impacted the increased rates and the best way for me to proceed in the future. We discussed various scenarios. She is a very good problem solver. I felt that she had a very good sense of what I valued in my insurance choices. She followed through, got back to me in a timely fashion and was extremely efficient. She is simply a VERY nice person and I hope I am able to work with her next year. Thank you for your kindness Deja!!
