I've been a customer of PetFirst for almost a year and they process claims quickly. And their customer service is wonderful. Edna in customer service was excellent in reviewing my current policy which is set to renew. She is the customer service rep one would always hope to come across in any company. Also, kudos to PetFirst as my premium would have gone up only $10/month as opposed to Nationwide; when we were with Nationwide, they doubled my premium after the first year. Edna looked at my policy and with a minor adjustment, my premium will stay the same! Wonderful!
