Not too bad, for pet insurance.

Out of 10

Embrace pet insurance is very quick to respond to claims, and they have great customer service. However, like all insurance, there is a never-ending list of "pre-existing conditions" and non-covered conditions. I understand that this is how all insurance works, but I sometimes wonder why I am spending about $1000 per year before any benefits begin to kick in ($35/month + $500 deductible). If anything catastrophic were to happen, I am sure Embrace will come in handy, but in the meantime, I wish there were more affordable pet insurance plans.

You do have a unique way of looking at things, considering the $500 deductible you apparently do not pay each year as part of the $1,000 you spend each year... ???
