My dog, Kodiel & cat, Jasmine Marie, have both enrolled since they were puppy and kitten. I enjoy the benefits they receive for their wellness exams. Two years ago Jasmine did need to be hospitalized and having the coverage for her hospitalization was a great relief. The unexpected pleasant surprise was to receive a phone call from VPI after I submitted her claim just to see how she was doing. That is customer service that goes well above and beyond the call of duty. While on the subject of customer service it is the best. The representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. At least every 18 months they review coverage options with me to ensure that I have the best possible coverage for my pets. As Vice President of Human Resources I found this insurance to be important enough to be included in our suite of voluntary benefits for our employees (we have many pet parents!).
